Which form should I use? +
Use the Bulk / Custom Order Quote form for new custom hat orders, bulk pricing, logo help, sample approval, or special hat requests. Use the Order Support form if you already placed an order and need help with shipping, damaged items, wrong items, missing items, or embroidery issues.
Do you offer discounts for bulk custom embroidered hats? +
Yes, and you do not need a discount code. Bulk pricing is applied automatically at checkout: 12+ hats save 5%, 24+ save 7%, 50+ save 14%, and 100+ save 20%. The discount applies to the hats in your order. For runs of 250 hats or more, please use the Bulk / Custom Order Quote form below so we can put together custom pricing for you.
Can I approve a sample before my bulk order is produced? +
Yes. For larger bulk orders, we can produce one sample hat first for your approval before moving forward with full production.
Do you offer hat styles that are not listed on the website? +
Yes. We offer additional hat styles beyond what is shown on our store. If you need a specific style, color, brand, fit, or material, please contact us with your custom request.
What should I include when contacting support? +
Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and photo links if the issue involves damage, wrong items, missing items, or customization problems.
Can I upload my logo or photos through the form? +
Shopify contact forms do not support direct file upload by default. Please paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, image, or photo link in the form so our team can review it.
