Do you offer discounts for bulk custom embroidered hats? +
Yes. Orders of 5+ items save 10% with code BUY5, 10+ items save 15% with code BUY10, 25+ items save 20% with code BULK25, and 50+ items save 25% with code BULK50.
Can I approve a sample before my bulk order is produced? +
Yes. For larger bulk orders, we can produce one sample hat first for your approval before moving forward with full production.
Do you offer hat styles that are not listed on the website? +
Yes. We offer additional hat styles beyond what is shown on our store. If you need a specific style, color, brand, fit, or material, please contact us with your custom request.
What should I include when contacting support? +
Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and photo links if the issue involves damage, wrong items, missing items, or customization problems.
Can I upload my logo or photos through the form? +
Shopify contact forms do not support direct file upload by default. Please paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, image, or photo link in the form so our team can review it.
