Due to the highly personalized and labor-intensive process involved in creating each embroidered design, we maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase.
Within this 24-hour period, you may request a cancellation. However, if the embroidery design file has already been created or digitized, a design preparation fee of $5 to $15 USD will be applied and deducted from your refund. This fee reflects the time and expertise required to prepare your custom embroidery file.
After the 24-hour cancellation window, all sales are considered final, and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
If your cancellation is approved, any eligible refund (after applicable design fees) will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
